Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400F.
  2. Wash the potatoes, pierce them with a fork, wrap in foil and bake in the oven for about 45 minutes or until soft.
  3. Let the potatoes cool until you can touch them.
  4. Cut the top off of the potatoes and scoop out the insides and add them to a bowl with the ghee, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  5. Mash together well and spoon back to the inside of the potatoes. Return the potatoes to the oven for another 25-30 minutes, or until a nice crust forms on the top. Serve!
