The coolness of the frozen watermelon is the perfect way to end a summer day spent in the heat. All you have to do is blend sweet watermelon with mint, freeze, and fluff with a fork!

Instructions
  1. Blend the watermelon and mint together in a blender until smooth.
  2. Pour into a baking sheet with sides, preferably a quarter sheet.
  3. Freeze for about 2 hours, and fluff with a fork by dragging fork tines into the mixture to mix it up.
  4. Place back in the freezer for 1-2 hours, fluff again. Scoop and serve!
