Tuscan Pasta Salad

We’re so in love with all of the Tuscan flavors in this dish. It’s light, fresh and slightly briny thanks to the olives and artichokes. You may need to take the whole bowl and eat it on the couch all by yourself!

Instructions
  1. Cook the pasta according to the package directions.
  2. While the pasta cooks, chop up the artichokes and green peppers into bite-sized pieces and halve the olives. Add everything to a bowl with the cooked pasta.
  3. Whisk together the olive oil, balsamic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper and pour over the pasta and veggies.
  4. Add the parmesan cheese and toss. Allow this to chill before serving.
