Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Cut the chicken into smaller pieces, we live to cut each breast in half.
  3. Pound each chicken breast so they're all an even thickness.
  4. Place on a baking sheet and drizzle with oil, salt, and pepper.
  5. Bake for 12-14 minutes.
  6. Remove the chicken from the oven when it's just underdone, about 145-150 degrees internally. Let it rest while you preheat the grill to high.
  7. When the grill is hot, grill the chicken for about 1-2 minutes per side, just to get a sear, and serve!
