Instructions
  1. Slice the flank steak into strips. Place them in a large plastic bag or bowl.
  2. Add the avocado oil, coconut aminos, lime juice, chili paste, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the beef and let this marinate for about 30 minutes.
  3. Transfer the beef to a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Afer 2 minutes, turn the saucepan to medium. After an additional 5-7 minutes, add the snap peas.
  4. Cook until the snap peas are softened but tender and the beef is medium. Serve!
