- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 apples, diced
- 2 cinnamon sticks

- Cover and reduce to a simmer for 20 minutes.
- Strain out the apple and cinnamon sticks and serve while hot.
