Instructions
  1. Dice the potatoes and add them to a large skillet with the olive oil over medium-high heat while you chop the vegetables.
  2. Add the vegetables and water to the skillet and cover with a lid so the potatoes have a chance to cook and steam.
  3. Dice the turkey.
  4. After about 5 minutes, remove the lid and add the turkey, spices, and seasoning. Mix well.
  5. Optional - top each serving with a fried egg & enjoy!
