Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Place each artichoke on a square of foil, stem side down. Stuff each of them with the garlic clove and drizzle evenly with the olive oil and lemon juice. Evenly sprinkle on the garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Rub each of the artichokes well with the flavorings, being sure to get between and separate the leaves. Wrap the foil tightly around each artichoke.
  4. Place the foil-wrapped artichokes on a baking sheet and bake for about 90 minutes, or until the leaves are tender. Enjoy!
