This peach cobbler uses a pre-made pizza crust as the base, but is topped with fresh fruit and crumble to remind you of your favorite summer cobbler.
We all love the sweet reward of baking up a tasty treat, but don’t always want to spend the extra time in the kitchen when we could be enjoying the summer weather with the family. The best of both worlds? A semi-homemade treat.
Peach Cobbler Pizza
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees.
Add your sliced peaches to a bowl and toss with the cinnamon to coat.
Spread the peaches in a single layer over the surface of the pizza crust, leaving 1/2 inch of space at the perimeter of the crust.
In a bowl, combine the flour, oats and brown sugar. Add one cube of butter at a time, breaking up the butter into the flour mixture until a crumble is formed.
Coat the pizza in the crumble mixture.
Bake the pizza for 25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
While your pizza bakes, prepare your glaze by combining your glaze ingredients. Add additional milk if you’d like the consistency to be thinner.
Remove the pizza from the oven and allow to cool slightly.
Drizzle the glaze over the pizza. Slice and serve like a pizza.
