Instructions
  1. Add the butter to a stockpot over medium heat.
  2. Add the onions and saute for 5-8 minutes until translucent. Add the garlic and mushroom and saute for 2 additional minutes.
  3. Add the rice, chicken broth, wine, salt, and pepper.
  4. Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer and cover for 20 minutes, or until the rice is tender.
  5. Finish by mixing in the cream, and serve.
