Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Place the bones and vegetables on a sheet pan and roast them for about 20 minutes.
  3. Place the roasted bones and vegetables in a large stockpot.
  4. Add the water and apple cider vinegar and bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and cover. Allow the broth to simmer for about 2 hours before straining through a fine mesh strainer.
  5. Let the broth cool and then place in the refrigerator for a couple of hours, or until the fat hardens. Strain the broth again and use immediately or freeze for future use!
