Instructions
  1. Trim the ends off the bell peppers and jalapeno pepper. Dice the bell peppers and mince the jalapeno pepper.
  2. Cut the tomato and avocado into chunks.
  3. Rinse and drain the black beans. Add all of the ingredients so far into a medium or large bowl.
  4. In a small bowl or bottle combine the olive oil, juice of the lime, and the seasons and whisk well. Drizzle over the dip and toss before serving with your favorite chips.
