Healthy Peppermint Fudge

Instructions
  1. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. Place all ingredients in a medium sized bowl.
  3. Whisk until the mixture is smooth and all ingredients are thoroughly mixed together.
  4. Pour the mixture into the loaf pan.
  5. Place the pan in the refrigerator for 1 hour to solidify.
  6. Once solid, cut into 9 pieces and serve!
