Grain Free Pecan Coconut Cookie Bar
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Whisk together the almond meal, coconut flour, baking powder and sea salt.
Mix in the coconut sugar, nut butter, oil, eggs and vanilla until well incorporated.
Fold in the chocolate chunk, coconut, and pecans. Spread the mixture into a baking dish (9x13 will work) lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 25-30 minutes and cool in the pan before slicing and serving.
