Instructions
  1. Place the cashews in a glass jar or a bowl and fill with cool water. Soak overnight and drain the water before you’re ready to make the dip.
  2. Place the soaked cashews in a food processor with the rest of the ingredients. Pule until smooth.
  3. With a spatula, scrape the cashew mixture onto a piece of plastic wrap and shape into a ball. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  4. When you’re ready to serve, pipe on the veins with the sriracha bottle, top with the spinach leaf and the olive. Voila! Very spooky!
