Eyeball Vegan Cashew Herb Dip

This creepy cool cashew herb dip is delicious as it is easy. All you have to do is soak some cashews overnight, drain the water and process them with a few herbs and spices to get this scaaaary good dip on your appetizer table. You won’t believe how creamy it is.

Instructions
  1. Place the cashews in a glass jar or a bowl and fill with cool water. Soak overnight and drain the water before you're ready to make the dip.
  2. Place the soaked cashews in a food processor with the rest of the ingredients. Pule until smooth.
  3. With a spatula, scrape the cashew mixture onto a piece of plastic wrap and shape into a ball. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  4. When you're ready to serve, pipe on the veins with the sriracha bottle, top with the spinach leaf and the olive. Voila! Very spooky!
