Instructions
  1. Soak the black beans overnight.
  2. Drain and rinse the black beans.
  3. Add all ingredients into a slow cooker and set to high.
  4. Cook for 5-6 hours, or until beans are soft. Drain and discard the onions, garlic and bay leaf. Serve!
