Cranberry Sauce Parfait

Sometimes we are just left with a little too much cranberry sauce to know what to do with.  Fear not! We have a creative way to use some of those leftover Thanksgiving side dishes for breakfast.  Make these
cranberry sauce parfaits for an easy, sweet and filling breakfast the
entire family can enjoy.

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Crumble corn muffin or bread to yield about 1/2 cup crumbles (about 2 muffins) on a baking sheet. Toast in oven for 5 minutes until a tiny bit crisp and golden.
  2. Assemble parfait by layering as followed: 1/4 cup yogurt, 2 Tbsp cranberry sauce, 1 Tbsp corn muffin crumbles, repeat.
  3. Finally top with 1/2 tsp orange zest.
