Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.
  2. Cream the butter and sugar together. Add the eggs, one at a time.
  3. Next add the buttermilk, orange juice, and orange zest. Mix well.
  4. Stir in the flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
  5. Fold in the cranberries and pour into a greased loaf pan. Place in the oven for about 1 hour, or until the top of the bread is golden brown.
  6. For the glaze, mix together the orange juice and powdered sugar until the desired consistency is reached.
  7. Once the bread has cooled a bit, pour over the glaze and serve!
