Instructions
  1. Add the coconut and sesame oils to a large stockpot or dutch oven over medium heat.
  2. Dice the onion and julienne the pepper and carrots. Add them to the pot and saute for about 5 minutes before adding the diced chicken.
  3. Mince the garlic and add it along with the lime zest, lime juice, chili paste, coconut aminos, ginger, cumin, salt, and pepper. Saute for 2 minutes.
  4. Add the bone broth and coconut milk and stir. Bring the mixture to a slow boil and allow it to simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes before serving.
