Caramel Apple Dip

Isn’t fall the best?!  We’ve been anticipating all the fall food favorites, and this Caramel Apple Dip is just one of the many.  Caramel dip is incredibly easy to make at home, and can be made healthier using just a handful of ingredients!

Forget the store-bought stuff, this Caramel Apple Dip is naturally sweetened with dates and maple syrup, while almond butter keeps it nice and creamy.  It’s the perfect healthy dip for apples and is sure to be a hit with the whole family this season!

Instructions
  1. To begin, pit the dates and place them into a bowl filled with very hot water. Soak 2-3 minutes or until soft; drain.
  2. Add the dates, coconut milk, almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla, and a pinch of salt to the bowl of a large food processor. Process until the mixture is smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides of the bowl every minute or two.
  3. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 1 week.
