These nachos combine your favorite Greek elements like tzatziki, pita chips, cucumbers, tomatoes and dill and pull them together with deliciously spiced turkey “taco” meat.

Instructions
  1. Begin by making the turkey. Brown the turkey meat with the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the spices, seasoning, and water and cook for an additional 5 minutes; until some of the water has evaporated. Set aside.
  3. While the turkey cooks, make the tzatziki. Combine all of the tzatziki ingredients in a bowl and mix. Add more water until desired consistency is reached. It should be thin enough to drizzle but not runny.
  4. Chop the tomatoes and cucumber.
  5. Layer the pita chips, turkey meat, tomatoes, and cucumber. Drizzle with the tzatziki and serve! Sprinkle with feta if desired.
