  1. Preheat a grill to medium heat.
  2. De-stem the green beans, slice the red peppers and chop the squash.
  3. Add all of the vegetables into a bowl with the oil, vinegar, and seasonings. Toss well.
  4. Wrap the vegetables in 3-4 large pieces of foil so they’re sealed in the foil well. Place on the grill for about 20 minutes. Unwrap and serve!
