What is the holiday season without some pretty and festive side dishes?! And when you can have veggies and bacon in them, you really can’t go wrong. This bacon wrapped asparagus wreath is only a couple ingredients, is easy to make, and sure to be a crowd pleaser at your holiday party. Take it up a notch by adding some fresh cranberries and a dipping sauce in the middle and it will be a huge hit!
Bacon Wrapped Asparagus Wreath
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
Take 4 pieces of asparagus and wrap a half of piece of bacon around them so they come together in a bunch. Place seam side down on baking sheet. Repeat with remaining asparagus, spreading out evenly on baking sheets. Spray with some cooking spray and sprinkle with pepper.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until bacon is browned and cooked through and asparagus is softened. On a large platter, arrange asparagus in a circle resembling a wreath. Add fresh cranberries and serve with a dipping sauce if desired.
