Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400F.
  2. Slice the apple.
  3. Slice the pork tenderloin down the center lengthwise, being careful to leave the edge intact so you can stuff the apples and rosemary inside. Liberally season the entire cut of meat.
  4. Lay the apples and rosemary in the middle of the meat and fold it up.
  5. Place on a baking sheet and cook for about 30 minutes, or until it reaches about 150F internally.
  6. Let rest for 10 minutes, slice and serve.
