Thanksgiving is a time for friends and family, fun, thanks, and of course food. With all the decadent sides and desserts that come with Thanksgivings, we are lightening it up a bit for the days following. We are swapping out the bread of your normal leftover sandwich and using lettuce leafs to add in some extra greens. All you need to do is stuff with your favorite leftovers!
Turkey Lettuce Wraps
Lay two leafs on top of each other to form a cup. Repeat with remaining leaves, making 3 cups/wraps. Divide turkey, butternut squash, and cranberry sauce between the cups.
Make the sauce. Mix together tahini and cinnamon until combined. Drizzle on top the turkey, butternut squash, and cranberry sauce.
