Healthy Chocolate Mug Cake

To help satisfy your craving while staying on track, we are making a single serve chocolate mug cake! It’s made with real food and packed healthy fats and protein to help keep you satisfied. Better yet, it comes together in under 5 minutes!

Instructions
  1. In a small microwavable bowl or mug, add mashed sweet potato and egg and mix until thoroughly combined, making sure no clumps remain. Add tahini and stir to combine. Add in protein powder and cacao powder and stir until everything is incorporated. Sprinkle with a few chocolate chips if using.
  2. Microwave for 1:45 until cooked through and chocolate chips are slightly melted. Sprinkle with optional topping and enjoy!
