Healthy Apple Nachos

Picking apples is one of our favorite things to do in the fall. You can’t beat the freshness and they are so versatile – from adding them to salads, oatmeal, smoothies, and pies to just snacking on them. This is a quick and easy way to bring some fun flavors to your everyday apple snacking. These apple nachos would be great for various occasions, from an after school snack, to a laid back get-together, to a football tailgate.

Healthy Apple Nachos
Instructions
  1. On a medium sized plate, lay the apple slices on top of each other covering the plate.
  2. Top with prosciutto, goat cheese, and pecan pieces, spreading all over the apples. Drizzle with honey and lemon juice and then top with some lemon zest. Enjoy!
