Grilled corn just screams summertime. It reminds us of our childhood when we would go to the beach every weekend and pick up some local corn at the produce stand! You too? This grilled corn brings together the flavors summer by topping it with an Old Bay mayo! Pair it with some seafood and greens and you have the perfect summer meal.
Grilled Corn with Old Bay
Make the sauce. Mix all the ingredients together in a small bowl and place in fridge until ready to use.
Spray/rub ears of corn with avocado oil, giving them a slight coating. Heat grill to medium-high heat. Once hot, place corn directly on grill. Cook for about 10 minutes, rotating every few minutes, until corn is cooked and has a few char marks.
Top with sauce and green onions (if using) and enjoy!
