  1. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Pour in the almonds.
  2. Spoon the covered almonds out on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Smooth them out into an even layer.
  3. Sprinkle with sea salt and let them harden in the fridge for about 2 hours. Break up and serve!
